DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY PROGRAM IN HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT (INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM)หลักสูตร ปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการประเมินเทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) |
1. Admission Requirements
For Plan 1.1, a candidate must:
(1) hold a Master degree in Thailand or international countries related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission accredited or recognized institutes
(2) have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 AND have experience in teaching or be involved in academic related-work or working in health insurance system or conducting health technology assessment research for at least 2 years AND have at least 1 publication in the international journal in which the candidate is the first or corresponding author.
(3) has the result from standardized English test that meets the minimal requirement of the graduate school.
(4) Candidates who are not qualified based on the above criteria may be granted to apply for selection according to the decisions of a Program Director and Dean for Graduate Studies.
For Plan 2.1, a candidate must:
(1) hold a Master degree in Thailand or international countries related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission accredited or recognized institutes AND have experience in teaching or be involved in academic related-work or working in health insurance system or conducting health technology assessment research for at least 2 years
(2) have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50.
(3) has the result from standardized English test that meets the minimal requirement of the graduate school.
(4) Candidates who are not qualified based on the above criteria may be granted to apply for selection according to the decisions of a Program Director and Dean for Graduate Studies.
For Plan 2.2, a candidate must:
(1) hold a Master degree in Thailand or international countries related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission accredited or recognized institutes with the first class honor.
(2) has the result from standardized English test that meets the minimal requirement of the graduate school.
(3) Candidates who are not qualified based on the above criteria may be granted to apply for selection according to the decisions of a Program Director and Dean for Graduate Studies.

5. Required Documents

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)
Applicant without valid English score is initially allowed to submit application
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)

10. Details of Scholarship
Four full scholarships from Mahidol University will be provided to 3 students from low and middle income countries plus one student from Thailand.
