1 For study plan type I, must be a graduate with a Master Degree from an accredited university.

2 For study plan type II, must be a graduate with a Master Degree from an accredited university or a graduate with a D.D.S. degree from an accredited dental school or B.Sc. in the field of health science, biological science, or biomedical science

3 Must have cumulative GPA of at least 3.50

4 English language requirements: (validity of two years)

     a) TOEFL iBT score of at least 61 or

     b) TOEFL lTP score of at least 500 or

     c) IELTS score of at least 5.0

5 Must fulfill the regulations of the Faculty of Graduate Studies as appeared on the website: www.grad.mahidol.ac.th/grad/admission.

6 An exemption from compliance with the regulations may be granted by the Program Committee and Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
