Plan A 1

1. Hold a bachelor degree in pharmacy from institutions that are endorsed by the Higher Education Commission
2. Have  a  minimum  grade point  average  of  2.75 ;
3. Have research experience in related fields for at least 3 years or have national/international publications in accredited peer-reviewed journals.
4. Other exceptions may be considered by the Program Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.

Plan A 2

1. Hold a bachelor degree in pharmacy or are studying in the final year in pharmacy at bachelor degree level from institutions that are endorsed by the Higher Education Commission
2. Have  a  minimum  grade point  average  of  2.50
3. Other exceptions may be considered by the Program Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF format) through the online admission system:

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)

2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)


Applicant must submit all required documents for each program of application.

หมายเหตุ* การดำเนินการในการส่งเอกสาร ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกให้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการให้สถานศึกษาส่งบันทึกผลการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตร (Transcript) ฉบับจริง ที่ระบุวันสำเร็จการศึกษา มายังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยโดยตรงภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2562 หากไม่ดำเนินการตามวันที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา ทั้งนี้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับเอกสารที่ไม่ได้ใส่ซองปิดผนึกประทับตรามหาวิทยาลัย
