1. Admission Requirements
The applicants must have following qualifications.
1. Holding a Master's degree in Nursing or related field with GPA no less than 3.50 on a 4 scale
from institutions accredited by the Commission of Higher Education
2. Currently hold RN license in his or her own country
3. Passing English Proficiency Examination arranged by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, or other
institutions certified by the Faculty of Graduate Studies
4. Other qualifications may be considered by the program director and the Dean of the Faculty of
Graduate Studies

English score is compulsory. This program NOT accept application without English score.
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.

5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)
