1. Admission Requirements
(1) Graduates or students in final year of Bachelor of Science Program in Biology and Bachelor of Science Program in in Health Science. Graduates of Bachelor of Pharmacy Program, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Program, or other field of studies that thailand’s Office of the Higher Education Commission approved. The graduates must finished the program with at least GPAX of 3.00
(2) Graduates of Doctor of Medicine Program and Doctor of Dental Surgery Program from universities that thailand’s Office of the Higher Education Commission approved. The graduates must finished the program with at least GPAX of 3.00
(3) Applicants who does not have the qualifications stated above may still be considered for admission, depending on the judgement of the program chairperson and the dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies

English score is compulsory. This program NOT accept application without English score.
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.

5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)
