Admission Requirements

1. A Bachelor of Science in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or other related fields.
2. A minimum grade-point average (GPA) of 2.5 or have professional experience in forensic science.
3. A minimum English proficiency score from authorized test centers which are certified by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University
4. Candidates who do not satisfy any of the above requirements may be admitted at the discretion of the Programme Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)

2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)

Plan A2

1. หลักสูตรฯ มีกำหนดเปิดภาคการศึกษาในช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ 3 ของเดือนกรกฎาคม

2. ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีผลคะแนนภาษาอังกฤษที่ผ่านเกณฑ์ก่อนวันสอบสัมภาษณ์

หมายเหตุ* การดำเนินการในการส่งเอกสาร ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกให้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการให้สถานศึกษาส่งบันทึกผลการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตร (Transcript) ฉบับจริง ที่ระบุวันสำเร็จการศึกษา มายังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยโดยตรงภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2562 หากไม่ดำเนินการตามวันที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา ทั้งนี้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับเอกสารที่ไม่ได้ใส่ซองปิดผนึกประทับตรามหาวิทยาลัย
