1. Admission Requirements
A candidate must:
Plan 1
1. Must hold Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Tropical Medicine or related field of Tropical Medicine a GPA of no less than 3.50 or
2. Must have experience in conducting research of tropical medicine which at least 2 research publications and must be the first author and corresponding of one in a recognized international
journals in addition to the instructor’s own graduate master degree studies.
3. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400
Important Notes:
- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

4. Exemptions from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies under exceptional circumstances.
Plan 2
For students with Master's degree
1. Must hold Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Tropical Medicine or related field of Tropical Medicine,a GPA of no less than 3.50
2. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Study, Mahidol University) - at least 400

For students with Bachelor' s degree
1. Must hold Bachelor of Science or currently studying in the final year of Bachelor’s program or equivalent, a GPA with second degree honors or equivalent
2. Studying Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Tropical Medicine and take required subjects with a GPA of no less than 3.50 within two regular semesters and have been accepted for admission through Program Committee Member
3. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Study, Mahidol University) - at least 400

3. Required Documents
All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.
- English proficiency score certificate
- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
- Academic transcript / Grade report
