Hi everyone, I am Blessings Walawala, studying MSc in Environmental Management and Technology in the Faculty of Environment and Resource Studies.

As a Malawian student, I feel so proud to study at this prestigious university. Mahidol University has its unique beauty both in its academic and physical landscape. Enveloped in natural green setting, coupled with lovely water canals, one can only feel fresher studying in Mahidol University. This instills a spirit of hard work in me so as to match up with accolade of academic supremacy that this university is well known for. As a non-Asian, I feel this university is accommodating in terms of international disciplines and cultures. It encourages the type of freedom where one identifies and expresses themselves mentally and culturally.

As an environmental management student, the curricula itself, mixed with the numerous extra-curricular activities, is an attraction as the university prides on its commitment to the achieving of sustainable social, economic and technological development world over.

As the Wisdom of the Land, Mahidol University has endowed me with vast knowledge, experience and skills which will go a long way in the contribution of personal, country and global development.
