Admission Requirements

For Plan 1 Academic (Course work and Research): An applicant is required to:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in science, health science, public health, pharmacy, dentistry, medicine, veterinary, medical technology, computer science, or information and communication technology 
2. Have cumulative GPA not less than 2.5
3. Have other qualifications as required by Faculty of Graduate Studies 
4. Other exceptions for (2) and (3) may be considered by the Program Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies

For Plan 2 Profession (Course work and independent study): An applicant is required to:
1. Hold a bachelor's degree in science, health science, public health, pharmacy, dentistry, medicine, veterinary, medical technology, computer science, or information and communication technology 
2. Have cumulative GPA not less than 2.5
3. Have other qualifications as required by Faculty of Graduate Studies 
4. Other exceptions for (2) and (3) may be considered by the Program Director and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies
