1. Hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or other Master's degree from an institute accredited by the Commission on Higher Education with a minimum GPA of 3.50 or equivalent.
2. Meet the English language proficiency requirement announced by the Faculty of Graduate Studies.  The test score is valid for two years since the date of examination.
3. Exception to the above qualifications may be approved by the Program Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

-  Academic staff  in the Faculty of Engineering or the Faculty of Management.
-  Researcher in universities or research institutes in area of Logistics and Engineering Management
-  Professionals in Logistics industries 
-  Consultants and specialists in the area of Logistics and Engineering Management
