On June 11, 2018, Asst. Prof. Dr. Walasinee Moonarmart, Deputy Dean for Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, together with the administrative board, the program director, lecturers, and faculty staff, welcomed the administrative board and faculty staff of Faculty of Graduate Studies, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sunee Kanyajit, Deputy Dean for Administrations, for "MU Grad Quality Assurance for Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University" project at Phayak Kraisri Meeting Room on the 4th floor of General Instruction and Operation Building, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mahidol University, Salaya. On this occasion, the following topics were presented.

- Information technology system for program director of graduate studies by Dr. Noppadol Wanichworanant, Deputy Dean for Information Technology
- Unit Cost Formation by Ms. Orarat Tangtongpetch from Planning and Development Section and Ms. Ratchanee Pechdee from Division of Finance, Mahidol University
- Scholarships and awards for graduate studies by Asst. Prof. Dr. Bunyarit Panyapinyopol, Deputy Dean for Special Missions
- Soft Skills activities by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Varaporn Akkarapatumwong, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs
- System for curriculum development under AUN-QA by Asst. Prof. Dr. Suthep Wiyakrutta, Deputy Dean for Organization Research and Educational Innovation

After these sessions, participants were invited to raise questions and suggestions for more effective information technology system of Faculty of Graduate Studies.
