All participants have your own responsibility to be at the Faculty of Nursing, Siriraj Hospital Campus
before 8.30 AM.
Proposed Conditions of Participation:
1. This program is only exclusive for 60 international graduate students.
2. Online registration is available until Monday 22nd August 2011.
3. Applicants are required to totally pay 150 baht for the trip reservation. The payment must be made by 22th August (office hours) at any branch of the Faculty of Graduate Studies as follows;

4. Cancellation must be made here by August 22, 2011; otherwise you will be
fined for 300 Baht.
5. Applicants in the Waiting List can check your status on August 24, 2011 here.
6. Due to the afternoon heat, bringing your own hat, sunglasses, shade umbrella,
personal medication is strongly recommended.
7. Applicants have to comply with all of these conditions to join the program.
8. The trip schedule may be changed without prior notification.
