The Faculty of Graduate Studies requires graduate students who have not passed the English Proficiency Examination to meet the standards of the Faculty of Graduate Studies by either taking the English courses or passing the English Proficiency Examination, in order to be qualified for graduation.

Applicants
must be a graduate student of Mahidol University who has not
passed the English examination, or members of the public.

1. Two 1-inch recent photos 2. 1 copy student card or 1 copy identification card and sign the copy with blue ink
|
|
- Masters degree, Graduate Diploma, Higher Graduate Diploma students and public pay 200 baht.
- Doctoral degree
2.1 Doctoral level students must take the TOEFL-ITP test and pay 1,000 baht.
2.2 Those who apply to study a Doctoral degree pay 1,000 baht.

There are five branch offices of the Faculty of Graduate
Studies. Applicants can apply at one of the following offices.
- Branch office of Salaya Campus : 3rd floor, Graduate
Studies Building
- Branch office at the Faculty of Science : 1st floor,
Research Building
- Branch office at Faculty of Dentistry: 2nd floor, Learning
and Recreation Building
- Branch office at Siriraj Hospital: 3rd floor: Environment
Conservation Building

The
location of the examination will be announced on Wednesday, March 21, 2012 on the Faculty of Graduate Studies' website: www.grad.mahidol.ac.th Students should check the examination
location by themselves. |

Examination regulations |
|
|
|
The applicants must : |
|
- Not bring any bags, communication devices, or valuables
to the room, except the test registration form and the
student card or identification card.
- Not record or take a photo of the exam by using any
cameras, tape recorders, or communication devices
- Use at least a 2B pencil to do an examination.
- Be on time. Those who are more than 30 minutes late will
not be allowed to take the examination under any circumstances
(Please note that those who take an exam for a Doctoral degree
MUST be on time).
- Dress politely. The applicants should wear warm clothes because
the room is air-conditioned. Moreover, the applicants must not
wear sandals or flip-flops.
- Not take the test registration form on the desk out
of the testing room.

If the students do not follow the above regulations, their answer sheet
will not be checked and they are not allowed to re-take the test within
1 year since the test date.
