Innovation Technology and Multipurpose
Center Buildings at Salaya

As
part of the on-going renovations at the Salaya campus to make it a
'greener' and more attractive place to study, Mahidol University is
investing in the construction of the Innovation Technology and Multi-purpose
Center Buildings. It is envisioned that the buildings will provide
learning centers
for research and teaching in a variety of disciplines, as well as
a center for the developennt of innovative technology for provinces
in the western part of Thailand. The buildings will also serve as
a venue for national and international conferences and meetings, as
well as musical performances and art and cultural exhibitions. Construction,
on 8.6 hectares of land, is scheduled to begin later this year and
upon completion in 2010.
