  Steps and procedures in receiving the diploma
  1. Confirm the name of the person approved to receive a royally-presented diploma at the website: http://www.grad.mahidol.ac.th and fill out the information in the form provided. You will be able to confirm the name of approved persons during February 23 through April 22, 2009

  2. Registration will be considered complete after the applicant has submitted the completed registration form for the 2008 academic year graduation ceremony and paid the full registration fee within the time frame specified by the Faculty of Graduate Studies

  3. Procedures for payment of the registration fee are as follows:
    • Master's and doctoral degree graduates who wish to have a royally-presented diploma must pay a registration fee of 700 baht (seven hundred baht).
    • Graduates who do not wish to have a royally-presented diploma must pay a registration fee of 200 baht (two hundred baht) .
    • Diploma degree graduates who are sending a representative to receive the royally-presented diploma on his/her behalf must pay a registration fee of 700 baht (seven hundred baht).

  4. Those graduates not attending the graduation ceremony who want the diploma sent by post should prepare a self-addressed envelope of the appropriate size and affix stamps in the amount of 25 baht and submit this to the registrar on the day of payment of the registration fee.

Remarks : The names of authorized persons who can attend the royally-presented diploma ceremony at the website: http://www.grad.mahidol.ac.th during April 27 - 30, 2009.
