Steps and procedures in receiving
the diploma |
|
|
- Confirm the name of the person approved to
receive a royally-presented diploma at the website:
http://www.grad.mahidol.ac.th and fill out the
information in the form provided. You will be
able to confirm the name of approved persons
during February 23 through April 22, 2009
** For the graduates who
has a wrong name-surname, please contact the
Student Affairs Office, Faculty of Graduate
Studies or all of graduate branch office and
complete the GR.18  
- Registration will be considered complete
after the applicant has submitted the completed
registration form for the 2008 academic year
graduation ceremony and paid the full registration
fee within the time frame specified by the Faculty
of Graduate Studies
- Procedures for payment of the registration
fee are as follows:
- Master's and doctoral degree
graduates who wish to have a royally-presented
diploma must pay a registration fee of 700
baht. There is a 10 baht for bank service
charges payment.
- Graduates who do not wish to have a royally-presented
diploma must pay a registration fee of 200
baht. There is a 10 baht for bank service
charges payment.
- Diploma degree graduates who are sending
a representative to receive the royally-presented
diploma on his/her behalf must pay a registration
fee of 700 baht. There is a 10 baht for
bank service charges payment.
- After 3 working days of the graduates take
an invoice to pay the bank as required. Please
check the status of your payment is correct
or not. If an error, please contact The Student
Affairs Office. Tel 02-441-4125 ext. 211-213
with in 5 working day of payment. Otherwise,
such information will be considered valid.
- For graduates who do not take the Royal degree.
You can contact to get the diploma application
at The Student Affairs Office, Faculty of Graduate
Studies, Mahidol University (SALAYA). Since
14 July - 31 August, 2010.
- Those graduates not attending the graduation
ceremony who want the diploma sent by post should
prepare a self-addressed envelope of the appropriate
size and affix stamps in the amount of 25 baht
and submit this to the registrar on the day
of payment of the registration fee.

attend the royally-presented diploma ceremony at the website:
http://www.grad.mahidol.ac.th during April 27 - 30, 2009.
