  1. All oral presentations must have their Power Point files checked 1 hour prior to the presentation session at the Registration Desk.

  2. All poster presenters must set up their posters during 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m. Wed. Feb 5th, 2014 and have them removed by 4.30 - 5.00 p.m. Fri. Feb 7th,2014

  3. All poster presenters must be present at their posters during the assigned period.

  4. Coffee breaks will be ready by 10.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. at your own convenience in the designated area.
