Conference admittance includes: All General Sessions and content sessions, Thursday (Feb 6th, 2014) and Friday (Feb7th, 2014) coffee break and lunch.

Conference Registration Fee only covers conference admittance and does not include hotel accommodation, travel, transportation or any other charges.


Early Bird Registration

In order to secure an early bird registration rate and ensure that your name is included in the conference programme, payment must be received by Faculty of Graduate Studies by December 20, 2013. 


Payment Method
The fee must be paid in Thai Baht by credit card or bill payment.

Credit Card

  • ONLY Visa and Master cards are accepted.
  • Payment by credit card is available ONLY through the online registration.
  • A proof of payment is not required.

Refund and cancellation policy

This registration will be accepted only upon receipt of full payment.
No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.

  • Registered delegates who are unable to attend will receive 50% refund, provided that a written request is received by the Conference Secretariat via E-mail :  secretariat.2agrc@gmail.com before December 20, 2013. Refunds required after this date will not be possible.

  • All approved refunds will be processed and issued 30 days after the Conference.

  • Refunds will be issued by bank transfer only. Registered delegates will be responsible for all domestic and international bank charges associated with the transfer.
