DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY PROGRAM IN HEALTH TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT (INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM)หลักสูตร ปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการประเมินเทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) |
1. Admission Requirements
A candidate must:
1. Plan A
1.1 hold a Master degree related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission (Thailand) accredited or recognized (International) institutes with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50
1.2 has experience in teaching or be involved in academic related-work or working in health insurance system or conducting health technology assessment research for at least 2 years AND has at least 1 publication in the International journal (in which the applicant is the first or corresponding author)
1.3 Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400
Important Notes:
- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

1.4 Exemption from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee under exceptional circumstances.
2. Plan B
Plan B1
2.1 hold a Master degree related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission (Thailand) accredited or recognized
(International) institutes with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50.
2.2 has experience in teaching or be involved in academic related-work or working in health insurance system or conducting health technology assessment research for at least 2 years.
2.3 Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400

Plan B2
3.1 hold a Bachelor degree related to medical sciences or public health or economics from an office of the higher education commission (Thailand) accredited or recognized
(International) institutes with a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 3.50 or with the first class honor.
3.2 Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400

- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

3. Required Documents
All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.
- English proficiency score certificate
- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
- Academic transcript / Grade report
