1. Admission Requirements
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in any fields, with a minimum GPA of 2.50 (or the equivalent)
2. Have an English language proficiency to comply with Mahidol University's regulations
3. Preferably working experience in human rights field or relevant knowledge of human rights or other fields relevant to human rights and democratisation
4. Exceptions are made for those applicants whose qualifications do not meet the criteria depending on the consideration of the Program Director and Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Remarks: Applications for the Master of Human Rights and Democratisation (Asia Pacific) APMA programme are carefully considered by the APMA Steering Committee and the four partner universities.

English score is compulsory. This program NOT accept application without English score.

นักวิชาการ นักวิจัย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในมหาวิทยาลัย หรือพนักงาน ผู้นำองค์กรพัฒนาเอกชนด้านสิทธิมนุษย ชนและการพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย ตลอดจนอาชีพอื่นๆ เช่น ข้าราชการภาครัฐและพนักงานภาคเอกชน ที่มีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ความรู้ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนและการพัฒนาประชาธิปไตย ทั้งนี้ความรู้ในสาขาวิชา ดังกล่าวสามารถนำมาปรับใช้ได้ทั้งในชีวิตประจำวันและในการประกอบอาชีพทุกสาขาอาชีพอยู่แล้ว
9. Additional Information
Application Requirements In order to be eligible for the APMA applicants must:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in any field, with a minimum GPA of 2.50 (or the equivalent). Students in the last year of their undergraduate programme can apply for admission provided they expect to graduate before 15 July 2018. The applicant needs to submit a certificate from their university indicating their status and expected date of graduation.
2. Have an English language proficiency, with either one of the following scores: a) IELTS Academic Module Overall score of 6.0, b) TOEFL PBT score of 550, c) TOEFL Internetbased Test score of 61, or d) TOEFL CBT score of 213. TOEFL ITP scores (at least 550) will only be valid if the test is taken at Mahidol University. * An applicant can request for exemption from submission of the English proficiency requirement if they satisfy all of the following conditions: a) the applicant graduated within the last five years from a degree where English was the sole medium of instruction, b) submit a ‘Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction’ from their university.

3) Academic records officially translated in English – bachelor’s degree certificate of graduation and transcript of records (all documents to be submitted in PDF format)
