1. Admission Requirements
1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information and communication technology, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mathematics, or other related areas that have taken at least 12 credits of computer courses.
สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสาร วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า คณิตศาสตร์ หรือสาขา อื่นที่เรียนวิชาทางคอมพิวเตอร์มาไม่น้อยกว่า 12 หน่วยกิต
2. Obtain the cumulative GPA of at least 2.5.
ได้เกรดเฉลี่ยสะสมไม่น้อยกว่า 2.5
3. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400 or
- MU GRAD TEST(Computer based) - at least 36
Important Notes:
- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

4. Any applicants, who do not have qualifications according to 1 and 2, may be considered for admission by the Administrative Program Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

3. Required Documents
All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.

- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation

Candidate please prepare for the following exam content:
Math
- Basic probability and combinatorics (binomial theorem etc.)
- Calculus including integration by substitution
- Vector geometry in the plane
- Basic matrix algebra including determinants
The computer written exam consists of three parts: Data Communication, Database and Operating System. The exam content of the three parts are as follows:
Data Communication
- Data transmission speed and delay
- Internet Protocol scheme, addressing, and related services
- Data Communication Model with TCP/IP layers
Database
- SQL statements
- relational algebra expression
- Entity Relationship Diagram
- Basic concept of database and ATOM
Operating Systems
- Basic concept of operating systems (Devices, Memory, Controllers, Drivers, File systems, Processes, Programs)
- Memory and File management, memory addressing
- deadlock
- Process/Program execution
- CPU scheduling
- Basic Linux/Windows commands
