1. Admission Requirements
1) Graduate in Bachelor degree or equivalent or expect to graduate before the starting of first semester from the program of bachelor in physical therapy from the University in Thailand or other countries which approved by the Office of the Higher Education Commission.
2) The grade point average is not less than 2.50.
3) Passed the English test according to the Faculty of Graduate Studies criteria.
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studis, Mahidol University) - at least 400
- MU GRAD TEST (COMPUTER BASED) - at least 36
Important Notes:
- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

4) The applicants with qualification other than criteria could be considered to apply as determined by the Program Chair and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

3. Required Documents
All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.
- English proficiency score certificate
- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
- Academic transcript / Grade report
