1. Admission Requirements
-
Candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with GPA no less than 3.50 or the GPA within the first top 10 percent of the class.

Candidate must hold a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related fields with GPA no less than 3.50.

Students who are studying in Master’s program in Physical Therapy or related fields can change student status to a Doctoral student provided that they have already taken and passed coursework at the Master’s degree level no less than 2/3 of the number of credits in required courses and have received a GPA of no less than 3.50 with approvals from Master’s Program Committee and Doctoral Program Committee as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Exceptions to the items 1-3 may be made by the Program Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)
Applicant without valid English score is initially allowed to submit application
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)
Applicant must submit all required documents for each program of application.
