1. Admission Requirements
An applicant must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with GPA no less than 3.50 or the GPA within the first top 10 percent of the class.
- Hold a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related fields with GPA no less than 3.50.
- Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:
- IELTS - at least 3 or
- TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 32 or
- TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Study, Mahidol University) - at least 400
Important Notes:
- English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

- Exemptions from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.

All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.
- English proficiency score certificate
- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
- Academic transcript / Grade report
