1. Admission Requirements
A candidate must:
1. Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or an equivalent degree from either Thai or oversea universities recognized by Mahidol University
2. Have a minimum grade point average of 2.50
3. The ability to read and write, listen and speak English
4. Exceptions from the above conditions may be granted by the Program Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)
Applicant without valid English score is initially allowed to submit application
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)
