1. hold a Bachelor's degree in Radiological Technology;
2. must have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75;
3. Pass the English Proficiency Examination offered by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University, or other qualified institutions with minimum admission score.
4. Exception to the above requirements may be made by the program director and the dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies.

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF format) through the online admission system:

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)

2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)


Applicant must submit all required documents for each program of application.

หมายเหตุ* การดำเนินการในการส่งเอกสาร ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกให้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการให้สถานศึกษาส่งบันทึกผลการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตร (Transcript) ฉบับจริง ที่ระบุวันสำเร็จการศึกษา มายังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยโดยตรงภายในวันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2562 หากไม่ดำเนินการตามวันที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา ทั้งนี้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับเอกสารที่ไม่ได้ใส่ซองปิดผนึกประทับตรามหาวิทยาลัย
