1. Admission Requirements
A candidate must
Plan 1
1. hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (6-years program) , concentrated in Industrial Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Science and Technology or;
2. hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (5-years program) and have an experience in the area of Industrial Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Science and Technology for at least one year.
3. have a grade point average of at least 2.50;
4. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum score:
IELTS – at least 3 or
TOEFL INTERNET BASED – at least 32 or
TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Study, Mahidol University) - at least 400
MU GRAD TEST – at least 36
Important Notes:
English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

5. Exemption from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies under exceptional circumstances.

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)
Applicant without valid English score is initially allowed to submit application
2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.

5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)
