Type 1 (Research only) 

1. Applicants must hold, or expect to hold before enrollment, a master’s degree in any area with a bachelor degree in Mathematics or related areas which includes at least forty-five (45) credits of mathematics courses from a college or university recognized by Office of the Higher Education Commission with GPA of at least 3.50. Applicants must have research experiences and have at least one publication as a first author.
2. Applicants must meet the minimum English language proficiency requirement set by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.
3. Applicants whose credentials differ from above requirement could apply to the program if the permission is granted by the Administrative Program Committee in concurrence with the Faculty of Graduate Studies

 Type 2

1. Applicants must hold, or expect to hold before enrollment, a bachelor degree in Mathematics or related areas which includes at least forty-five (45) credits of mathematics courses from a college or university recognized by Office of the Higher Education Commission with GPA of at least 3.50.
2. Applicants must hold, or expect to hold before enrollment, a master’s degree in any area with a bachelor degree in Mathematics or related areas which includes at least forty-five (45) credits of mathematics courses from a college or university recognized by Office of the Higher Education Commission with GPA of at least 3.50.
3. Applicants must meet the minimum English language proficiency requirement set by the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University.

2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.

5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)

หมายเหตุ* การดำเนินการในการส่งเอกสาร ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกให้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการให้สถานศึกษาส่งบันทึกผลการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตร (Transcript) ฉบับจริง ที่ระบุวันสำเร็จการศึกษา มายังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยโดยตรงภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2562 หากไม่ดำเนินการตามวันที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา ทั้งนี้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับเอกสารที่ไม่ได้ใส่ซองปิดผนึกประทับตรามหาวิทยาลัย
