1. Admission Requirements
A candidate must:
1. Candidate for Ph.D. Program plan 1.1
Hold a Master degree in pharmacology or related fields or a degree of Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or those who study in the final year of Master Program in Pharmacology and related fields approved by the Program committee, with the GPA not less than 3.50 or equivalent or candidates who have working experience in Pharmacological research and related fields for at least 2 years.
- Candidate for Ph.D. Program plan 2.1
Hold a Master degree in Pharmacology or related field or a degree of Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine with GPA not less than 3.50
3. Candidate for Ph.D. Program plan 2.2
Hold a bachelor degree or equivalent or those who study in the final year of Bachelor degree in science such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Nurse, Medical Technology and Public Health or related biological science with GPA not less than 3.50

Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:

IELTS - at least 5 or
-
TOEFL INTERNET BASED - at least 61 or
-
TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 500

English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

3. Required Documents
All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.
- English proficiency score certificate
- Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
- Academic transcript / Grade report
