Candidate with the Master's degree  :  ;
1. must hold Master degree of Science 
;2. have a minimum grade point  average  of 3.50 ;
3. Exemptions from  the above conditions may be granted by the Programme  Committee 
under exceptional circumstances.

Candidate with the Bachelor's degree:- 
;1. must hold  Bachelor degree of Science or any equivalent degree with at least second class 
honor, or hold M.D., DVM., or DDS 
;2. Exemptions from  the above conditions may be granted by the Programme  Committee 
under exceptional circumstances.

Applicants must upload a scanned copy of following documents (PDF format) through the online admission system:

1. English Proficiency Score Certificate (with 2-year validity)

2. Degree Certificate / Certification of being study in the final year or waiting for graduation.
3. Academic Transcript / Grade Report.
4. Photo (jpeg format)
5. Thai Citizen ID Card
6. Certificate of Change of Name/Surname (if any)

Applicant must submit all required documents for each program of application.

หมายเหตุ* การดำเนินการในการส่งเอกสาร ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษา ผู้สมัครเข้าศึกษาที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกให้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา จะต้องดำเนินการให้สถานศึกษาส่งบันทึกผลการศึกษาตลอดหลักสูตร (Transcript) ฉบับจริง ที่ระบุวันสำเร็จการศึกษา มายังบัณฑิตวิทยาลัยโดยตรงภายในวันที่ 30 มิถุนายน 2562 หากไม่ดำเนินการตามวันที่กำหนด จะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษา ทั้งนี้บัณฑิตวิทยาลัยจะไม่รับเอกสารที่ไม่ได้ใส่ซองปิดผนึกประทับตรามหาวิทยาลัย
