A candidate must:

1. Candidate with the Bachelor’s degree:-
   1. hold a degree or be studying in the final year of Bachelor’s Degree of Science (all fields of study), Doctor of Dental Surgery, Doctor of Medicine, Bachelor of Pharmacy, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, or other related fields
   2. have a minimum grade point average of 3.50 after graduation or during the final year of Bachelor’s Degree
   3. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:

• IELTS   - at least  3   or
• TOEFL INTERNET BASED  - at least 32   or
• TOEFL ITP (test arranged by Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University) - at least 400

                Important Notes:

• English proficiency score must be taken within 2 years up to the admission date.

  4. Exemption from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies under  exceptional circumstances.

2. Candidate with the Master’s degree or equivalent degrees : -
   1. hold a degree or be studying in the final year of Master’s Degree of Science (all field of study),or Master’s degree in Dentistry, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or students who graduated from overseas institute approved by the Higher Education Commission
   2. have a minimum grade point average of 3.50
   3. Students who are studying in Master’s program in Medical Biochemistry and Molecular Biology can change student status to a Doctoral student with the following conditions : receive a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 for Master’s degree, already enrolled in the Master’s Degree level at least 1 year with approvals from Master’s program director, Doctoral program director as well as the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies

• 4. Submit a certificate of English proficiency with minimum admission score:

All documents must be scanned with a scanner machine into PDF format (maximum size 2 MB). Except a photo must be in JPEG format.

1. English proficiency score certificate
2. Degree certificate / Letter certifying that the applicant is in the final year waiting for graduation
3. Academic transcript / Grade report
