Plan 1.1: Research only
1. Hold a Master's degree in fields of health science and related areas.
2. Have  a minimum grade point average of 3.5
3. Have work or have experience in health and sustainable development or relevant fields at least three years
4. Have at least 1 publication in peer-reviewed national or international journal, as the first or corresponding author.
5. English test score according to the requirement for English proficiency established by the graduate school of Mahidol University
6. Exemptions from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee under exceptional circumstances.

Plan 2.1 
1. Hold a Master's degree in fields of health science and related areas.

4. English test score according to the requirement for English proficiency established by the graduate school of Mahidol University
5. Exemptions from the above conditions may be granted by the Programme Committee under exceptional circumstances.

-  Academic and Researcher in the field of health and sustainable development in public and private of education institution.
-  Consultant on the research and development in health and sustainable development and relevant fields. 
-  Performer and manager in health and sustainable development and relevant fields. 
-  Analyst and coordinator in policy and planning in the national and international public, private and independent organizations.
