    The Dr.P.H. program aims to equip graduates with the experience required to deal with the particular challenges of understanding and adapting scientific knowledge in order to achieve public health gains, as well as the analytical and practical skills required for leaders in public health.

    Admission Requirements

    The applicants must have the following qualifications:		
    1. Hold a Master of Public Health, Master of Science (Public Health) or equivalent degree majoring in family and reproductive health, 
    infectious diseases, epidemiology, health education and health promotion, nutrition, public health administration, health sciences 
    or other related majors from academic institutes accredited by the Office of Higher Education Commission (OHEC)
    2. Have a minimum grade point average of 3.50
    3. Have an English Proficiency Examination score as the Requirement of Faculty of Graduate Studies 
    4. Have at least five years of work experience in public health or other related fields after completing a Bachelor degree program
    5. Those who do not meet the above qualification criteria, 2.2.1-2.2.4, may be accepted into the program based on the decision made 
    by the Program Chair and the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies
