1.1 hold a Bachelor's degree) in Microbiology, Biology, MedicalTechnology, Medicine, Pharmacy, 
      or other related field from an institution recognized by the office of the Higher Education Commision
1.2 have a grade point average of at least 2.50 or 75% (candidates with a lower GPA may be eligible 
      with the permission of the Graduate Committee) 
1.3 fulfil the requirements in English Proficiency Examination of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Mahidol University
1.4 Exemption from the above conditions may be granted by the Programmed Committee under 
      exceptional circumstances.

2.B plan
2.1 hold a Bachelor's degree) in Microbiology, Biology, Medical Technology, Medicine, Pharmacy, 
      or other related field from an institution recognized by the office of the Higher Education Commision
2.2 have a grade point average of at least 2.50 or 75% (candidates with a lower GPA may be eligible

2.4 have at least 1 year -work-experience in blood bank or transfusion service Exemption from the above 
      conditions may be granted by the Programmed Committee under exceptional circumstances.
