Step 4 : Making payment



After all required supporting documents have been completely submitted through the online admission system, you will be preceded to the next step “Payment”. (For applicants who submit documents via postal service, you will be allowed to make the payment after the Faculty of Graduate Studies receives your documents).

Please note that there is a non-refundable application fee of 500.00 THB per application and you are required to pay this fee to complete your application. You can make the payment by login to the online admission system then providing your credit card details to our secure server. The Faculty of Graduate Studies accepts the credit cards below as payment.

      





After complete filling the online application form, payment via credit card is required and strongly preferred as our main payment method.


However, in case of difficulty, please urgently inform us. We will generate an Invoice payment as an alternate choice, you can print out the invoice paper and pay with cash at the bank counter (totally 510 THB including bank service charge).

However, this alternate method is only available to pay at the bank located in Thailand.

Therefore, you may need to ask your friends or any person who is staying in Thailand to pay for you in advance.

  >> To receive the Invoice, please email to gradinter@mahidol.ac.th with following information:
  • Name of Applicant
  • Application Reference code (Example: Ref. code 5690432, 569xxxx)

You will receive the invoice via email after 2-3 working days.



Note:
        Recently, we only accept payment via CREDIT CARD and INVOICE.
        Other ways of payment such as cash, bank transfer, paypal, Western Union, money ticket, etc. are NOT accepted!!
